Praying about prayer. I bet you didn’t see that coming! Honestly, neither did I. A few days ago, I was at a ladies’ retreat when I realized I miscalculated when I created my list of 30 prayers. I was one day short. I mentioned this to two sisters who sat next to me at the moment, and they suggested “prayer” as a topic.

At first, I thought it was weird, but the more I considered it, the more it made sense. We have prayed for many different topics all month, but we should also desire to continue praying regularly. I will admit I am not always consistent with my prayer, and writing these posts/prayers this month has helped me a lot. Not just to be diligent but also to think about how important prayer is.

Let’s recite” The Lord’s Prayer” as we ponder how we will continue to pray. May we seek him fervently and diligently until we see Him face to face.

Finally, I would like to thank you all for participating in the 30 days of prayer. I enjoyed writing these posts/prayers so much; I plan to do it again in the future so keep a lookout for that. =)

“Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
